In line with larger objectives to improve clinician engagement on epocrates, the UX Research team conducted foundational discovery research with physicians in the POING specialty areas of pulmonology, oncology, infectious disease, neurology, and gastroenterology. The specialist discovery project consisted of a set of purposeful conversations designed to discover and identify actionable insights surrounding a high priority user group.

In addition to shaping the upcoming quarters, this project continues to provide direction and insight to the product team’s roadmap and strategy sessions to come.
