A research panel is an undoubtedly a useful resource for UX researchers and stakeholders. Developing an internal user panel of epocrates users provides invaluable insight into the users’ needs, wants, pain points and expectations for the product and product space at hand.

This project outlines the highs and lows of building a panel of active users and other means of amplifying the voices of users who lack the path to provide rich qualitative feedback.
